Trivia Hop Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trivia Hop mobile application and website (the “Service”), operated by Gamma Ape, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Trivia Hop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Trivia Hop.
If you are between 13 and 18, you may use Trivia Hop only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share your account or allow others to use it.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Trivia Hop only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with gameplay.
Use Trivia Hop for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
Upload, share, or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and software in Trivia Hop are owned by or licensed to Gamma Ape, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes the trivia questions presented through the app, website, and social media.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Trivia Hop for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

5. In-App Purchases and Ads

Trivia Hop may offer optional in-app purchases or display ads.
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
You agree to comply with Google Play billing terms when making purchases.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Trivia Hop is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees about uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, or the accuracy of trivia questions.
Trivia Hop is for entertainment purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Gamma Ape, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Trivia Hop.
Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use Trivia Hop will immediately end.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. These Terms may also be updated from time to time. Your continued use of Trivia Hop constitutes acceptance of any changes.
